Summary: Enjoyed the stay. This vacation rental has a wide big back yard and it helped us to take our kids back to have fun.Rooms are clean and bathrooms was also upgraded. Except the attached bathroom in one room.Kitchen is the highlight. Had vessels for cooking as well.Very good Neighborhood and Buffalo/Niagar airport is 20minutes driveFrom here Niagara Falls is 30 mins drive

Summary: Toni is AWESOME!!!! She responds to every message almost immediately. An incident happened where we needed immediate assistance and I sent her a message and she responded in 5 mins and she was on her way. I was so grateful for that. Summary: Toni was very responsive and quick to help us with anything we needed. She helped in getting us a pack n play ahead of time and when we arrived got us a coffee maker upon request. The kitchen is nicely updated and the air conditioning was great during the hot days. It was nice to have access to the garage to park overnight. There are the furniture basics which worked for us as we had two little ones so there wasn’t anything to baby proof but it could be sparse for others. There was no TV at the time we stayed which we didn’t need since we were out visiting family but just a note for others. The neighborhood was nice and quiet in a good central location.

Summary: This property is perfect for our family trip to Niagara Falls. Located in a nice neighborhood and it's only 20 minutes away from the falls. Affordable price! There are good sized backyard space and there are trails that we can hike and check it out the park area. I would recommended this place to anyone!
